We inspect and prep the steel or concrete deck — clean, dry, and properly secured before anything goes down.

2 · Rigid Insulation

Polyiso boards are fastened or adhered for R-value, drainage slope, and a level base.

3 · Cover Board

A high-density cover board adds puncture resistance and a sound substrate for the membrane.

4 · Duro-Tuff® Membrane

The Duro-Tuff® membrane is rolled out and mechanically fastened — rows of barbed plates and screws anchor it through the cover board into the steel deck along every seam.

5 · Welded Seams & Details

The next sheet laps over each fastener row and every seam is hot-air welded watertight — then penetrations and perimeter flashings are detailed and inspected.
